Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vastrika, we take pride in the quality of our ethnic wear, designer suits, and bridal collections. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders for ready-made products can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been shipped.
Orders for customized, made-to-measure, or bridal wear cannot be cancelled once stitching/customization work has begun, as these are made specifically to your requirements.

Returns & Exchanges

Ready-made products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Customized, made-to-measure, and bridal wear orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, as these products are made specifically to individual measurements and design specifications and cannot be resold.
Products found to be damaged or defective on delivery must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos/videos of the product, at shavagkumar008@gmail.com.

Refund Process

Approved refunds (for eligible ready-made products only) will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, as per customer preference.
Once a refund is approved by Vastrika, the actual credit to your account depends on your bank's/payment provider's processing timelines.
Return shipping costs for eligible returns/exchanges will be borne by Vastrika.
