This Site is owned and operated by Vastrika, a sole proprietorship registered at Darbar Road, Iglas Gonda, Nagla Darvar, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh – 202123 (GSTIN: 09SFPPS4264N1ZZ).
By placing an order on this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are placing the order under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

Products

Vastrika offers ready-made women's ethnic wear as well as made-to-measure, custom-stitched, and bridal (customized) products.
Product colors and details may vary slightly from images shown due to screen/lighting differences, and slight variation is inherent to handcrafted and custom-made garments.
For customized and bridal orders, measurements and design specifications provided by the customer at the time of order are considered final. Vastrika is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect measurements or details submitted by the customer.

Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.
Vastrika reserves the right to change prices, product availability, and offers at any time without prior notice.

Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or COD confirmation) and receipt of an order confirmation email/message from Vastrika.
Vastrika reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund issued in such cases.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including images, logos, designs, and text, is the property of Vastrika and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Vastrika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or products purchased, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
